30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, if applicable

Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after processing

Exchanges

  • Marked-down / sale items are exchange only

  • No refunds on discounted items

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • The item you are exchanging

Once this information is received, we can issue a store gift card immediately, allowing you to place a new order right away—no need to wait for the item to arrive and be processed.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  3. Your tracking number once shipped

Returns sent without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.

We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for retaining tracking information and proof of shipment.
