Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be modified prior to shipment by contacting customer support. Once shipped, all orders are final and can not be changed.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Fresh N Fitted is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or delivery issues outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

We actively monitor transactions for fraud.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent activity

• Accounts with excessive chargebacks or suspicious activity may be permanently restricted
